End-to-end customer responsibility across a varied portfolio of organisations, covering everything from technical delivery to ongoing advisory. The work spans the full M365 ecosystem, with a particular focus on getting both the technical setup and the people side right.
Baseline implementations covering onboarding, MFA, configuration policies, and conditional access, as well as SharePoint intranet and document management solutions built around a solid information architecture.
Copilot and AI adoption work: understanding how each organisation can actually benefit from AI, rolling it out, and running training sessions and workshops to make sure people use it in practice.
Helped shape two new service offerings within the company's M365 portfolio, one focused on AI adoption and Copilot enablement, one on SharePoint migration and information architecture. Both are now part of the core service catalogue.
A recurring part of the role is spotting opportunities during active engagements and bringing them up with customers in a way that leads to more value for them, not just a bigger invoice.
